Switch off
the phone.
Press and Hold Volume up key+ Power key + Home key of the Phone.
That time Android Recovery Menu in the Screen release Keys.
Wipe data /Factory reset using the volume down key and press power key.
Next see Yes/delete all data and press power key
Data will be Delete.
Now hard reset is done Select reboot the phone
